Robust slide gate valves for absolute isolation in solids applications. The SG Series is designed to shut off product flow from the outlets of storage bins, silos, conveyors and other discharge points handling dry bulk materials — compact in design, robust in structure, and easy to install and operate. These heavy-duty valves handle bulk material flow on a continuous or intermittent basis depending on the process, and can be bolted directly into the flow-line in any position.

  • Efficient isolation: the valve blade glides into its seat on cam rollers to isolate solids efficiently.

  • Pressure-tight sealing: a "Trigger Lock" mechanism seals the blade perfectly against the seat for pressure-tight support and better sealing.

  • Construction & sizes: single-piece cast iron body as standard, in opening sizes from 350 mm to 750 mm.

  • Operation: handwheel-operated, or coupled with twin pneumatic or hydraulic rams; further customizable to application requirements.

Simple, robust slide gate valves for isolation in solids applications. The SL Series is designed to shut off product flow from the outlets of storage bins, silos, conveyors and other discharge points handling dry bulk materials — simple, compact in design, robust in structure, and easy to install and operate. These valves handle bulk material flow on a continuous or intermittent basis depending on the process, and can be bolted directly into the flow-line in any position, provided the material flow is correctly aligned using the adjustable inner chutes.

  • Efficient isolation: the valve blade glides into its seat on cam rollers to isolate solids efficiently.

  • Clean, leak-minimal flow: a pressure-tight support frame ensures minimal leakage and no clogging while material flow stays free.

  • Construction & sizes: mild steel as standard, in opening sizes from 150 mm to 300 mm; larger sizes and other steel grades available to suit the application.

  • Operation: handwheel-operated, or coupled with pneumatic or hydraulic rams.
