Anval DH Series Dump / Flap Valves — Tough, High Efficiency [dump valves]

Dump / flap valves — the ideal companion for air-locking and feeding under vacuum or pressure when handling irregular shapes. The DH Series was developed to give the bulk-material handling industries a versatile, low-cost air-locking solution that discharges bulk solids of irregular shapes or lumps while restricting the backflow of air.

• Vacuum or pressure duty: works effectively under either vacuum or pressurized conditions, designed for total sealing and continuous, uninterrupted discharge with long service life and minimal maintenance.

• Double-flap action: two flaps in a housing operate alternately — one closes to collect material while the other opens to discharge it.

• Sealing: labyrinth seals ensure perfect sealing of the rotating shaft and zero leakage through the shaft ends — effective even with highly abrasive products and under high pressure.

• Construction & sizes: cast iron as standard, in opening sizes from 150 mm to 350 mm; larger sizes can be fabricated to suit the application. Robust, rigid, durable and customizable.

• Operation: runs on gravity (no power or external actuation), or via pneumatic rams or a geared motor.

• Compliance: CE marked, ATEX certified and compliant with applicable global health & safety requirements.
